Sam is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Arizona. Multi-talented, Sam attended Baylor University School of Law while working as a Registered Nurse on both the cardiac and geriatrics floors at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco, Texas. Upon graduation in 2003, Sam received his Juris Doctorate (Doctor of Laws degree). Sam initially received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000 from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
Sam began the practice of law in Dallas, Texas working for trial lawyers who focused their practice on the defense of liability lawsuits. He then mainly focused his practice in advanced personal injury practice areas including nursing home neglect, products liability, and third party casualty defense.
Sam is currently the managing attorney for the South Phoenix office of Goldberg & Osborne, where he combines his talents and background in service of our clients. Since Sam has lived in both Guatemala and Guadalajara, Mexico, he is fluent in Spanish, which helps the firm serve the needs of his heavily Hispanic neighborhood in Phoenix.
In his free time, Sam enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and is an avid movie buff.
