Page Chancellor received her Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies focused in Business, Political Science and Humanities from the University of Arizona in 1989. Page went on to attend University of Arizona College of Law where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate degree in 1992. During law school, she completed a judicial clerkship with the Navajo County Superior Court in Holbrook.

Page has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1992 and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Arizona, the State Bar of California, the United States District Court of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Pima County Bar Association, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Since 1994, Page has worked for Goldberg & Osborne where she practices exclusively in the area of personal injury law. She works with John Osborne, Esq, with a focus on large, catastrophic cases. These cases generally involve defective products or catastrophic injuries. Page has helped try cases while at Goldberg & Osborne that resulted in six figure or larger jury verdicts. Page has also been involved in many appeals and she has successfully argued in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Page is a Managing Attorney, where she helps oversee and manage the day-to-day operations for Goldberg & Osborne.

Page has lived in Tucson since 1976. She has twin daughters, Caroline and Libby. Page loves to snow ski and golf.
