Page Chancellor Marks is a Management Attorney for Goldberg & Osborne. Her practice is devoted exclusively to Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Law and specifically focuses on large, catastrophic cases generally involving defective products, wrongful death, or catastrophic injuries. She has obtained settlements and jury verdicts over $1 Million for her clients. Page has also argued successfully in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Page has spoken on lien issues for the Pima County Bar and the Arizona Trial Lawyers’ Learn at Lunch series. As a Management Attorney, Page also oversees the creation and implementation of Policies and Procedures and conducts in-house seminars for the firm.

Page has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1992 and a member of the State Bar of California since 1993. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court in Arizona, the United States District Court in California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Arizona Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice, and the Pima County Bar Association.

Page received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 from the University of Arizona in General Studies, focused on Business, Political Science, and Humanities. She attended James E. Rogers College of Law where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate degree in 1992. During law school, she completed a judicial clerkship with the Navajo County Superior Court in Holbrook.

Page is the Chair of the Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Specialization Advisory Commission.

Page sits on the board of many charitable organizations. Most notably, Page is currently the President of the Tucson Zoological Society.

Page has lived in Tucson since 1976. She has twin daughters, Caroline and Libby. Page loves to snow ski and golf.
