After graduating from Hillsdale, Mr. Sakall worked as a legal assistant with Goldberg & Osborne for several years before attending the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law where he graduated summa cum laude with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2001.
During law school, Mr. Sakall was a member and Business Editor of the Arizona Law Review, and an Ares Fellow. Following law school, Mr. Sakall clerked for the Hon. William D. Browning and the Hon. Cindy K. Jorgenson, both United States Federal District Court Judges in Tucson, Arizona. He also has experience working in the United States Department of Justice and an insurance defense firm.
Mr. Sakall rejoined Goldberg & Osborne, this time as a Staff Attorney, in August 2004. His practice focuses on Insurance Bad Faith, Commercial Trucking Accidents, Fire and Explosion Accidents, and Dram Shop Liability. He practices with David Diamond, and also assists in supervising Goldberg & Osborne’s Sierra Vista office. He is admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court, the United States District Court of Arizona, and the Courts of the Tohono O’Odham Nation.
Mr. Sakall also is an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law where he teaches classes including Conflict of Laws; Arizona Civil Procedure; and Legal Analysis, Writing & Research.
Mr. Sakall’s community involvement focuses on children's issues, the arts, and church-related activities.
