David J. Diamond received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1982. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona School of Law in 1986.
Mr. Diamond’s employment history showcases his diverse expertise in the legal field. Beginning in college, he interned with the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. He then worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for United States District Court Judge Roger G. Strand from 1987 to 1988. Following his clerkship, Mr. Diamond went on to work for Molloy, Jones & Donahue until 1993.
From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Diamond worked as a Managing Attorney for Goldberg & Osborne. He now is a Litigation Attorney. He focuses in the following areas: Commercial Trucking Accidents, Nursing Home Injuries, Fire and Explosion Accidents, Dram Shop Liability, and Insurance Bad Faith. Mr. Diamond’s recent case results include: a $525,000 settlement in a Commercial Trucking case (2003); a $6.0 million Verdict in an Insurance Bad Faith case (2002), a $1.0 million settlement in a Gas Leak case (2003); and a $625,000 settlement in a Commercial Trucking case (2001).
Mr. Diamond actively participates in and gives his time to a number of organizations and causes. He is involved with Rotary International, Pima County’s Volunteer Lawyer Program, the American Trial Lawyers’ Association, the Arizona Trial Lawyers’ Association as a Board Member, the American Bar Association, the Tucson JCC as a Board Member, and MADD as an Advisory Board Member.
Mr. Diamond’s interests include spending time with his family, cycling, hiking and SCUBA diving.
